Our mind can be compared to the house we live in.
Many of you have already been through my introductory workshop where we cleaned out the closet of the mind, unpacking dreams and fears, and examining each to see which to keep and which to sweep away.
But many people get stuck in the hallway of the mind, the place where thoughts and emotions become entangled, and then end up forgetting what they were doing.
This is the critical issue that needs be addressed before we can move forward.

We find ourselves in our bedroom, going through past photo albums, nostalgia overwriting the future, and looking into our past to find out who we are.
If I were to ask you, do you create your reality?
Most of you would agree that you do.
But, yet, somehow you find yourself in a room that you don’t consciously want to be in.
Because as we are walking from our freshly cleared closet, we pass through the hallway and our clearer mind mingles here with the emotions from the other rooms in our house.
This is very distracting, and without knowing what to do, often we find ourselves somewhere other than we truly want to be.
So this comes down to an inner alignment, a metric of dedicating our time in a specific way, and creating a relationship of acknowledgement with the voices from each room.
